A Moveable Feast

MardiGrasMay your stomachs and minds be full on this moveable feast day known as Mardi Gras.  And when you’re done feasting on pancakes and ales, why not feed off of Hemingway’s memoirs?

Published posthumously, A Moveable Feast offers an escape to Paris during a golden age when James Joyce, Gertrude Stein, F. Scott Fitzgerald and Ezra Pound kept the quaint cafes of the Left Bank lively and artful.  A quick read, this book offers a glimpse into expat life in Paris that’s now only available on postcards and in movies.
