Submissions Window CLOSED

Thanks to everyone who submitted work for this semester’s issue of Forum Magazine! Now that the submission deadline has passed, we’re sinking our teeth into all the incredible creative pieces we received.

If you’re curious what the process looks like, we’re currently working in our subgroups (poetry, fiction, nonfiction, visual art) to find the best pieces for publication. And in case you’re wondering, yes, names are hidden from the works to avoid potential biases.

We can’t wait to share all the incredible work we received. We’ll be posting select pieces right here on your favorite CCSF literary blog as we count down the days until the the print version is released. Until then, stay safe out there!

  1. I wish you the best in your work, and share my gratitude. Do you intend to issue separate emails for each rejection and each acceptance? I might, btw, recommend that Forum seek a more confident way of reaching potential contributors, including outreach to past contributors. I feel like I only happened on the deadline for this semester’s issue at the last minute; I knew nothing about it previously.
